T. Murali Krishna Reddy is Managing Director for Geneva Software technologies Ltd and for Geneva Group. He is responsible for the company's vision & strategic decisions.

T. Murali Krishna Reddy is a first Generation Entrepreneur with strong background in networking, long term vision and focus on language based technologies has enabled Geneva Software technologies Ltd to become one of the strongest product based organizations in India and overseas, with high brand equity and stake holder value. He is the driving force, and remains the main promoter of, as well as investor in, Geneva Software Technologies Ltd.

He has a broad exposure in terms of business and strategies across continents. His active role in CII and FICCI in promoting Indian Business (SMEs) overseas saw him traverse the world with various high level delegations including the Honorable Prime Minister of India and various state Chief Ministers and Cabinet Ministers. As such, he is today positioned very strongly vis-à-vis the Government as well as corporate circles, as a very highly esteemed, dynamic and professional business personality. His running of other businesses aided by his global exposure and financial acumen brought accolades and recognition from top Fortune 500 clients (GE, Siemens etc), Banks (SBI, BOI) and IIM Bangalore.

Mr. Ravindra V. V., Director - Technical

Ravindra. V. V is Technical Director for Geneva Software technologies Ltd and is one of the Board of Directors of Geneva Group. He is responsible for technical direction on business decisions.

He has more than 15 years of Research & Development experience and is a child prodigy. He is the brain behind the “VIVID” technology and “NLF” paradigm. He is recognized by Microsoft and other top IT companies, and has received several accolades from eminent IT functionaries and Multi-National Companies like Microsoft, SAP and Hutch etc. for his intellectual breadth. His thought process and conceptualization of technology-based solutions is ahead of the curve in more dimensions than one and is injected with a healthy dose of practicality. His technical prowess is central to Geneva’s mission of delivering innovation to the market and returns to stakeholders.

Ravindra has an engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics.

Mr. R. Amar Singh, Director - Corporate Branding & Business Development

Amar Singh. R is Director for Corporate Branding & Business Development of the Geneva Software technologies Ltd and he is one of the Board of Directors of Geneva Group. He is responsible for corporate communications and corporate branding.

Amar holds an Engineering degree in Industrial Production. Apart from his Engineering skills, he has select Software courses under his belt and has acquired immense breadth in the software domain. He is a communicator par excellence, and his persuasion and negotiation skills coupled with his global exposure have been crucial to forging excellent relations with top Fortune 500 companies. He has employed the very same abilities to open up Geneva Software Technologies Ltd to the world and is iteratively laying the path for sustained innovation.

Mr. Jamili Jalaiah, Chief Financial Officer

Jamili Jalaiah is CFO of the Geneva Software Technologies Ltd. He is responsible for financial planning and record-keeping, as well as he guides and directs the Management on the right path to achieve its objectives.

Jalaiah has more than 2 decades of experience in the field of Finance. He has been associated with organizations such as ING Vysya, Siemens VDO and GDR Software Group. His breadth of experience covers areas such as Financial Management, IPO’s, Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Market Intermediaries and Regulators.

Jalaiah has a degree in Commerce, Law, Cost Accounting and an Associate Member of ACS and AICWA.

Mr. Govindarajan S., Chief Operations Officer

Govindarajan. S is COO of the Geneva Software technologies Ltd. He is responsible for the company's development, design, operation, and improvement of the systems that create and deliver the firm's products/services.

Govindarajan has more than 19 years of experience in IT industry, focused in the system development, implementations, with over 10 of those years associated with technical leadership, Delivery management and Practice management responsibilities.

Prior to join Geneva, Govindarajan had successful stints with majors like Misys, Oracle Corp, Citicorp and Tata Unisys. He has been in varied industry sectors like Banking, Telecommunications, Transportation and Defense. He has joined us with an extensive experience in setting up development and support operations, product/application development management including quality assurance processes.

Govindarajan has a Masters degree in computer science.

Mr. Rajeev Saxena, Sr. Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Rajeev Saxena is SVP of Marketing & Sales of the Geneva Software Technologies Ltd. He is responsible for developing and executing product and marketing strategies to help the company achieve its business goals and desired financial results.

Rajeev has more than 19 years of experience spread over various functions like Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Corporate Strategy, Operations etc in Electronics and IT Hardware sector. He has worked with best known global brands like Lenovo, LG Electronics & Sony with a track record of achieving phenomenal growth and high brand equity graphs. He has a knack of managing startup operations for various products in his earlier stints and has come out as a winner every time.

Rajeev has a Management degree in Marketing Management.

Mr. Hemanth G, Group Vice President - Strategy

Hemanth G. is GVP - Strategy of the Geneva Software Technologies Ltd. He is responsible for Strategy function for the entire Geneva group, and is taking forward the Geneva dream of innovative solutions for a global economy.

Hemanth has over 9 years of experience in the industry, having worked with global corporations like Siemens, PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM. He has worked across a spectrum of industries during his consulting and corporate planning career, including FMCG, retail, hi-end technology, media & entertainment and biotechnology. An avid market watcher, Hemanth brings to the table his envisioning skills and strategic foresight. He has been feted at IBM for his customer focus and dedication, and has been a recognized ambassador for Innovation during his six-year tenure at the firm. He is also an active member of TiE Bangalore and NASSCOM.

Hemanth holds an MBA from IIM - Calcutta, with specialization in Strategy, and an Engineering degree in Electronics.
