All Employees Meeting

The All Employees Meeting is essential for building and maintaining a smooth running business. It represents a vital means of communicating, setting the stage for incredible things to happen for our organization.

We believe “Transparency is the key to credibility”. The rationale behind All Employees Meeting is to share the business strategies and keep ourselves updated on the growth of the organization within the broader purview of the entire team.

It also aims at introducing new employees to Geneva family by extending a warm welcome and breaking the proverbial ice.

Employee Satisfaction Survey

We believe in measuring and quantifying employee opinions and attitude by incorporating Employee Satisfaction Survey into organizational processes.

It aims at turning responses into actionable results to facilitate organizational changes, improve management and to increase employee loyalty.

Research shows that satisfied, motivated employees will create higher customer satisfaction and in turn positively influence organizational performance. By establishing frequent and consistent employee feedback processes, we are able to retain and develop our most vital asset – Our People.

Training and Development

Training and Development efforts are aimed at ensuring that Genevians perform to their complete potential.

GSTL believes that ongoing professional learning & development is necessary for every employee. There is great emphasis on in-house On-Job training for employees as well as nomination to external courses if required.

This includes technical training for skill upgradation and communication training for employees to shoulder higher responsibilities. It also aims at promoting exchange of thoughts among employees and inspires their confidence to face external clients. Some of the communication exercises refresh them to get back to their work with new ideas.
