MTNL BSNL multi-lingual messaging service

Mahanagar Telecom Nigam Ltd. (MTNL) Mumbai, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. (BSNL) west zone and Geneva Software Technologies Ltd., on Friday announced the launch of Geneva Messaging Service (GMS) that enables multi-lingual short message services on MTNL and BSNL subscribers’ handsets. MTNL and BSNL is launching this service for their subscribers to provide them the facility to send messages in their own language. This service is currently available to MTNL and BSNL subscribers having Java MIDP 2.0 compatible handsets.
